Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to review and proof of purchase.

Opened or materially used cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue or fulfilment error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@akpharmausa.com with your order information and supporting photos.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed after review of the order record and issue details.

Refund Timing

Once a return or refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and may vary by bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees, duties, or local handling charges may be non-refundable unless the error originated with the seller.
